| This position is a lead staff, answering phones, taking messages, communication to managers, kitchen. We look for outgoing, confident people 21 years of age. We have a very loyal counter/bar "club" of people that gather at regular times during the day. Knowing what they usually want is a skill we cultivate in bartenders. Knowledge of wines, beer and spirits is a must. Multitasking is by far the single largest required skill of this very important position in our company.

| You are the first person the guest talks to and we want our best and brightest in that position! Smiling is not an option; it is on your face at all times! Juggling guests' needs, phones, reservations, and staff service, along with the smooth running of the dining rooms is a difficult balancing act, one needs to be calm and organized. This position is similar to an assistant manager as they work directly with the manager to run the shift. We have day hours and evening hours for this position and each has a different rhythm.

| At times, in other restaurants, we have seen this position a bit "abused". Not so at Food Dance. We value this person's ability to be pro-active. Our bussers see our guests in a unique way and aid in giving them great service. The communication between bus, host, and kitchen is crucial. This is a great entry position.

| You may be the first person a guest interacts with in the morning so we look for happy, smiling, morning people who love to give great service. Previous experience really helps as we expect you to give great service in large sections. Day service is fast pace. We work in a team environment, everyone helping to give our guests the best experience possible. Positive communication skills are a must.

| At night the pace is a bit more leisurely. You have more time to talk to guests and "guide" them through their dining experience. We want self-assured people with outgoing personalities that can "read" our guests, and take care of them while also being efficient with their steps. Alcohol and wine knowledge is a big plus, but we conduct a lot of training in this area as well. Positive communication skills are a must.

| We are seeking people who can multi task, keep a close watch on inventory, accurately follow recipes and work independently when needed. We need people who are good communicators with a passion to work with high quality ingredients and care for them well.

| This person is responsible for producing consistently wonderful tasting products, following our written recipes. Cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, tarts, cakes, simple desserts. Positive communication with the various departments is crucial. We offer training to people who are willing to study and retain information. This position needs to be organized, follow health & safety codes, be good humored and be able to work early morning hours.

| At Food Dance this position is a very respected position. We all know that without the dish staff the restaurant cannot run. We seek people that can work in a wet environment, take pride in organization, follow through on tasks and communicate well with others. We are look for people that can be part of a team. This is a great opportunity to learn some food prep as our dishwashers are often asked to multi- task and help with other projects in the kitchen.

Market staff must have a passion for real food, and be able to absorb copious amounts of product knowledge. This role calls for a person who is at ease approaching customers with a sample or suggestion. This team will work creatively and collaboratively to give the best retail food service in town.
